As a PR Account Executive, you will be a key contributor on client accounts, supporting the development and execution of integrated public relations and communications programs.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Communications Support
- Support day-to-day client communications and account coordination
- Help translate client goals into PR strategies, messaging, and tactical plans
- Prepare materials for client meetings, updates, and presentations
Media Relations & Storytelling
- Draft press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, messaging documents, and other PR content
- Research, build, and maintain media lists across relevant industries and outlets
- Support media outreach, interview coordination, and follow-up
- Monitor media coverage and news trends to identify proactive opportunities
Program Execution & Measurement
- Execute PR initiatives across earned and owned channels as part of integrated campaigns
- Track coverage, compile reports, and analyze results against campaign objectives
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables and timelines
Collaboration & Team Support
- Collaborate with internal teams (account, creative, digital, media) to ensure cohesive execution
- Support team members and contribute positively to team culture
- Stay informed on PR, media, and industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the table
Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for a motivated communicator with 2–3 years of relevant experience (agency experience preferred) and a strong foundation in public relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Understanding of media relations, pitching, and news cycles
- Confident verbal communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with media monitoring and reporting tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Brandwatch, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media as part of an integrated PR strategy is a plus, but not the primary focus
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
