Senior Account Executive

You’ll be responsible for strategizing, formalizing and mobilizing our clients, as well as our staff, in the development and execution of innovative, results-driven marketing communications plans and programs.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will develop, manage and execute a wide range of marketing, advertising and communications programs for assigned clients. These activities include but are not limited to:

  • Marketing communications plan development
  • Project management (both traditional and interactive)
  • Client relationship management
  • Account profitability and growth
  • New business development
Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years of advertising agency experience
  • A history of working with B2B and B2C accounts (food, financial services, agriculture and hospitality are a plus)
  • Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing tools
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude

Excellent account management skills, including:

  • Ability to lead clients and staff while earning their respect
  • A sound grasp on business and marketing strategy
  • Sales and presentation prowess
  • Superior communication skills, tailored to fit the needs of the audience
  • Print, broadcast and digital production experience
  • Project management mastery
