Description

Our Social Media Account Executive plays a central role on client accounts, supporting and helping lead the development and execution of social media strategies. You'll help manage day-to-day client communications, deliverables, reporting, and campaign execution across a variety of industries. You’re expected to bring ideas to the table, maintain strong attention to detail, and help drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and project coordination
  • Contribute to and execute social media strategies including content planning, platform management, audience engagement, and integration with broader campaign goals
  • Develop and schedule engaging, on-brand social media content
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing ongoing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal team and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new opportunities for clients
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members when needed

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of post-graduate, relevant experience (agency experience a plus) and the following qualities:

  • Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills across media types
  • Confident verbal communication and client presentation abilities
  • Deep familiarity with social platforms and their business tools
  • Experience using tools like Brandwatch, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for results and continuous learning
  • Experience with influencer outreach or social ad campaigns is a plus
