Description
You’ll be responsible for strategizing, formalizing and mobilizing our clients, as well as our staff, in the development and execution of innovative, results-driven marketing communications plans and programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will develop, manage and execute a wide range of marketing, advertising and communications programs for assigned clients. These activities include but are not limited to:
- Marketing communications plan development
- Supervision of more junior account team members
- Project management (both traditional and interactive)
- Client relationship management
- Account profitability and growth
- New business development
Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years of advertising agency experience
- A history of working with B2B and B2C accounts (food, financial services, agriculture and hospitality are a plus)
- Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing tools
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude
Excellent account management skills, including:
- Ability to lead clients and staff while earning their respect
- A sound grasp on business and marketing strategy
- Sales and presentation prowess
- Superior communication skills, tailored to fit the needs of the audience
- Print, broadcast and digital production experience
- Project management mastery
- Agency financial management
